Thank you very much for everything regarding my recent car rental. My entire experience with you, your company, your website, your colleague who delivered and collected the car from me, and the vehicle was outstanding. I have never had better service from any rental car company anywhere in the world.

I rent cars everywhere I go, probably 250+ days each year, all over the world. But you are by far the best. You coped with all my many changes and requests without any hesitation and your prices are very reasonable. I will ALWAYS choose Hola first in Costa Rica.

If you are interested in more business from private aircraft pilots I might suggest you contact: Universal Weather, BaseOps, Jeppesen, Airinc, and Airouting. All of these companies, and others, are involved in planning flights for private jet operators, and recommending hotels, cars, etc. You can find all of them on the internet. Universal has an office, ADS, at San Jose airport. But getting a car from them has failed twice for me. Going direct to you was the best decision I made.

I will definitely pass your name on to all of my colleagues planning trips to Costa Rica.

This will be the 4th trip that I have made this year and your service has been excellent on all 4 occasions, and we had a good friend travel with us in April (Daniel Cooper) who also rented from you. To Whom It May Concern:

In March of this year, I was a customer of Hola! Rental Car for the first time. I have been going to Costa Rica for 11 years and in the last year in particular I have spent considerable time there. Because I heard that Hola offered delivery/pick-up service, I decided to try your services rather than go with my usual provider, Enterprise.

From the moment that Paul Picado answered my first phone call in San Jose inquiring about renting a car, he offered me impeccable service at a level which I have never experienced before in Costa Rica, let alone the rest of the world. He was kind, professional, courteous and full of humor but without excessive amounts -- in other words -- ideal. My first experience after the initial phone call was his arriving not only on time -- but early -- to deliver the car. He even called my hotel and left a message with his predicted arrival time. When the initial car he delivered was in need of being switched out for a different car because of paperwork issues, he handled the situation with extreme competency. He explained the situation precisely and handled the entire situation (which involved returning one car and delivering me another one) in less than 15 minutes.

Paul gave me his cell phone number to call in case of questions. Over the course of the next week I called Paul an unusual amount of occasions -- because of an alarm issue, to inquire about pickup services, etc. Each time, my impression after interacting with him was that this was a person who truly cared about people. Intrinsically, he knows that flawless service can transform a mundane experience such as renting a car into something unexpected and enjoyable.

Paul is a tribute to your company and your country. I will recommend Paul and Hola to everyone I know who travels to Costa Rica and I myself will always rent from your company because of him.

I wanted to thank you for the great service that my wife and I received when we were in Costa Rica in February. You not only met us at the airport but picked up the car when we were through at my daughters condo- Best service I have seen. I will be flying into Liberia June 9th at 6:39pm on Continental.
