• Customers that need service at the airport please provide complete and precise flight information. Our representative will wait for you at the external arrival gate with a white board with your name on it. Please communicate with the office you will receive the service to confirm office hours.
• Driver licenses can be used in Costa Rica during three months from the date you arrived to the country. After that moment the insurance will not work and the vehicle can not be rented.
• Minimum age is 21 years old.
• Drivers between 21 and 25 years old must pay extra $15 daily.
• Vehicles can not be driven out of the country.
• Rental period is 24 hours.
• After four hours of late return an additional rental day will be charged.
• One way rentals have extra cost. Please ask when you rent the vehicle.

• Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
• Debit cards or cash not accepted.
• Just one credit card can be used for one rental agreement, the same credit card must be used for the deposit and for the rental payment.
• At the moment of rental start two amounts will be hold in your credit card, one for the deposit and the other for the rental.

• Our reservations agents will contact you after you make the reservation throw the web site server, they will ask for your credit card number and expiration date, to guarantee the reservation we need this information.
• Cancelations must be done three days upon rental start, otherwise one rental day will be charged.
